NB-H3035 sports wood floor MAPLE
Our NB Sports Flooring model NB-H3035(M)is of fixed structure and the whole system has been tested and approved by FIBA.It is applicable for all kinds of indoor sports.The upper floor board uses solid hard maple in grade A,showing excellent classic and uniform grain,no chromatic aberration or scars.Boards connection adopts mortise and tenon double joint craft,which enlarges the contact area of the joint parts by long tenon/tongue and deep mortise/groove.This craft makes the floor more stable,high strength,and better loading capacity,consequently avoid any cracks during the usage.Below the upper floor,there are LVL larch battens and Japanese technology shock absorption cushions.They compose perfect fixed system together.NB flooring has outstanding characters of hardness,force reduction,and durability.It supplies athletes with very good protection and satisfying experience.In the meantime,the NB floor maintenance is so simple that common staff can complete it with only a few cost.
Fixed system suitable for most indoor sports
The whole structure has been tested and approved by FIBA and BWF.It has good performance in ball rebound,anti-slip and shock absorption.This system is widely used in most sports applications such as Basketball/Badminton/Volleyball/table tennis/squash court,dancing room,gym,stage and other indoor sports venues.
PVC membrane back covering technology
The back of our planks for exporting are all adopted with waterproof and lustrous PVC membrane covering.We are the first and the only company using back membrane covering in the field of sports wood flooring worldwide.PVC membrane back covering can effectively isolate the moisture from bottom or base construction as well as resist deformation,and avoid termite gnawing
