In order to develop the market more efficiently, accurately and save time and cost, our company will be implemented the new rules of granting regional exclusive distributor, distributor, exclusive agent and agents on July 1.
Distributors and agents: must have completed at least one order of no less than 600 square meters within the authorized area; within one year from the date of signing the distributor or agent agreement, must complete a total of no less than 4000 square meters of orders within the authorized area; if completing more than 6000 square meters, can be promoted to exclusive distributor or exclusive agent.
Exclusive distributor and exclusive agent: must have completed a total of no less than 6000 square meters of orders within the authorized area; from the date of signing the exclusive distributor or agent agreement, must complete a total of no less than 6000 square meters of orders within the authorized area every year.
In countries and regions where there are no exclusive distributors or agents, the system of protecting the first reporter still applies.Reporting and filing regulations please refer to: https://www.nbfloor.com/News-Events/69.html.
For countries and regions that do not have exclusive distributors or exclusive agents, multiple distributors and agents can be designated. If there is an exclusive distributor or exclusive agent in the authorized area, the qualifications of other distributors and agents will be withdrawn .
This regulation is valid from July 1st, 2023, to June 30th, 2024.
