FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, is the world governing body for basketball. It Founded in 1932, who brings together 212 National Basketball Federations from all over the world.
FIBA organizes and oversees international competitions that include the FIBA Basketball World Cup, the Olympic Basketball Tournament and 3x3 basketball. It establishes the official basketball rules as well as the regulations that govern the relationships between the different members of the basketball community.

There are three levels for FIBA to evaluate the wooden floor event venues. The first level events include the Olympic men's and women's basketball competition, the Olympic men's and women's basketball qualification competition, the men's and women's World Championships (including the Youth World Championships), the State/regional championships, and the NBA League. The second-level events include FIBA Official Cup tour, FIBA official international tour, and national senior events, such as CBA in China; The third-level events include all national events, for example in China, the 3rd level includes all kinds of events except China Men's Professional basketball Games, such as China's National Games/basketball games, provincial Games/basketball Games, Urban Games /basketball Games, university basketball league CUBA/WCUBA, etc.

In 2020, NB finally obtained the FIBA accreditation certificate. This means that the quality of NB wood sports floor has been recognized by more than 200 countries and regions of the world's basketball federation and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
